Most of our shows are all ages, but there are exceptions. DJ nights usually require attendees to be 21+ with a valid ID. Refer to individual listings for specific details.

Yes, you will need a photo ID to enter our venue, and also to claim will call tickets.

We are located at the corner of North Charles Street and Lanvale Street – one block north of Baltimore’s Pennsylvania Station.

There is limited street parking near venue and a pay lot between Lanvale St. and Penn Station as well as along Charles St. There are also several pay to park options and are searchable using ParkWhiz.
We do not issue refunds or offer ticket exchanges. All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets or for guests who are denied entry due to invalid ID. Event time and lineup are subject to change. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the point of purchase used. Resale of any ticket at a price greater than the original ticket price is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke or reclaim possession of any tickets from the buyer who violates such restrictions

We do not serve food but there are many places that do located close to the venue.
Our number one goal is to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time. To help ensure that happens, we encourage you to travel light. All bags are subject to search.
Professional photography, cameras or recording equipment such as SLR’s, lenses and lighting gear are prohibited. Non-professional photos are cool. Photos are ok within reason, but not to the point where it becomes disruptive to the crowd or performers. If you are attempting to film high-quality content for personal, commercial or promotional purposes, you must be authorized in advance.
